This cute 2-bedroom, 2-bath duplex is located on the corner of Standway and Asbury Ct., in South Mission Beach. It's one short block to the beach. The owners Mary and Nicki Zimmerman live in the upper half of the duplex. This home features 980 sq feet of spacious well, modern, well designed beach living space. It has carpet, hardwood floors and a full kitchen. A 2-car garage provides plenty of coveted parking, but it's kind of tight 20 x 10 x 7 and won't fit a large truck. The home is espcecially well suited for two adult couples or a family with 2-3 children. There's a king bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest room that may be combined into one King Bed. There are two small enclosed court yards that contain 2 bikes, a gas BBQ, beach chairs and an umbrella.
