It is decorated to represent the rustic appeal Park City is known for. Its clean and comfortable setting provides a wonderful getaway retreat. Watching skiers from the main floor or the master bedroom is a favorite. Walking to the ski resort is ten minutes or the very close free shuttle takes you to Park City, Deer Valley or Canyons resort. Summertime provides a beatiful mountain setting on one side for biking and hiking, with fun activities in the park on the opposite side. Located in a wonderful part of the town, this condominiom's proximity puts you so close to so much of Park City. The layout of the condo is as follows---Upstairs there are two rooms; one with a king size bed and a full bath/shower. The other room has a queen size bed with a shower only. The main level has a kitchen, dining room, family room and bathroom with a hot tub for one. Downstairs has one room with two single beds and a full bath/shower. |

This condo is a fully-stocked retreat for families or for couples traveling together. Our guests can experience a luxurious tropical beach hotel that is truly a fantastic travel deal. Most of our guests save hundreds of dollars by preparing one or more meals in our gourmet kitchen and making lunches for daily outings. If you have ever watched your children take one bite and leave the rest of a $14 hotel breakfast, you will appreciate that a condo vacation will save you money. Our condo is a fourth-floor Penthouse with two master bedroom suites, one with a king-size bed and one with a queen-size bed. With the sleeper sofa in the living room, the unit accommodates six people. The kitchen is top-of-the-line with granite countertops and stainless appliances. There is also a complete set of appliances such as a coffee-maker, rice-maker, toaster, and blender as well as complete sets of cookware, dishes, and tableware. Warm Indonesian woods were used for cabinetry and trim, while the floors feature Peruvian travertine stone. All windows have blackout drapes and each room is equipped with a ceiling fan. The condo has central Air Conditioning. There are three walk-out lanais; one is a large outside dining area. You can see the ocean from one of the bedrooms and you can enjoy sounds of the surf from any room. Spring: enjoy the bloom of flowers and the salt air. Every season has its own delights here on the Connecticut shore. Situated at the back of a cluster of houses at 98 Limewood Avenue, the Ennis Cottage is away from street and traffic noise, but within 200 feet of a private beach. The cottage has been completely remodeled and is tastefully furnished and supervised by the owners. In a minute one can sit with a panoramic view of Long Island Sound, between Haycock Point and Indian Neck, looking out toward Green Island and the Thimble Islands. Fishing and boating are excellent. A small park within one mile offers tennis, basketball, and a children's playground. A marketplace, liquor store, laundry, and two restaurants are within walking distance, and a larger mall and churches are with a few miles. The Outlet stores are 1/2 hour away, two casinos are one hour away, IKEA is a 15 minutes and the ferry to Block Island is a one hour drive. The entire house has been renovated. living room has wall-to-wall carpeting, a new full size futon and a love seat, several chairs, bureau, television, VCR, telephone, cathedral ceiling, wireless internet connection, and stove with gas log. The kitchen is new and well equipped with gas stove, microwave and grilling oven, refrigerator, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, and silverware. The bedroom has a double bed with drawers beneath, closet, built in air conditioner. Wall-to-wall carpeting. Guests bring own towels and bed linen, all double bed size.
